Her passion and mission were to help catastrophically disabled people live independently in the community instead of long-term care facilities. Over the past 30 years, New Start has helped hundreds of disabled individuals enjoy a quality of life higher than they ever expected after graduating from the unique New Start Program. Today, Sian Welch, daughter of Mary Williams has taken over the leadership of New Start Home Health Care. Her passion is to carry on her mother’s life-long mission of delivering the highest standard of care and clinical service not only for our intermittent patients but also for catastrophically disabled individuals living at home. Sian Welch along with her dedicated staff promises you total commitment to honest and ethical practices under all circumstances.
