My mission as CEO and Administrator at New Start is to direct and oversee all that we do and make certain that we consistently deliver the highest level of care and clinical service of any home health care agency.  Our office employees and nurses are the foundation of our business, so I personally take the time to interview, hire, and orient all new staff. This way I know all of our employees learn our history, expectations, and understand and pledge to carry out our founder’s original promise of total commitment to honest and ethical practices in all circumstances.
